You can find our spelling powerpoint and other spelling resources on this page.

In Reception and Year 1 our spelling is taught through daily phonics sessions. We follow Red Rose Letters and Sounds and more information can be found on our curriculum pages.

Years 2, 3 and 4 use Red Rose Spelling. This follows on from Red Rose Phonics and will be rolled out to Year 5 and 6 in the coming years.

Children who need additional support in spelling may follow other spelling interventions such as Bounce Back Phonics, Fast Forward Spelling or Words First programmes.
